LOW STOCK AND BACK-ORDERS
Occasionally low-inventory items will be out of stock before an online order can be processed. We do our best to make sure this is not the case but in the event that we cannot fulfill your order right away we will contact you as soon as possible to determine the desired course of action. Should a customer wish for in-stock items and back-ordered items to be shipped separately, then they will be responsible for any additional shipping costs as a result of the divided order.
If you are interested in a product that is currently “Out of Stock,” please contact email@example.com to inquire about placing an order and reserving the item for when the next batch is bottled and ready.
We process and ship orders throughout the week. Orders usually ship within 1 – 3 business days.
RETURNS As a small business making craft infusions and food products, we simply are not able to accept returns. Shipping is non-refundable.
We understand that, occasionally, items may be damaged before they arrive. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages before accepting and opening them. If there is damage to the outside packaging, take a photograph of the package, then proceed to open the package and inspect your order. If the items inside are damaged, please take additional photographs of each damaged item and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
